Trial

If a settlement in an injury case cannot be reached through negotiation or the Alternative Dispute Resolution process, the lawsuit will proceed to a trial where all the facts and legal issues of the case are heard in Court with live witness testimony. A Judge or Jury will make the final decision regarding issues in the lawsuit and determine compensation.
