Niccole Adams - Senior Legal Assistant and Office Manager

Nicole Adams is the Senior Legal Assistant and Office Manager at Joseph A. Nagy Injury Law. She completed her studies at Grant MacEwan College, where she pursued coursework in Psychology, Sociology, Chemistry, Biology, and Education before graduating in 2010 with a Certificate in the Office Assistant program, with a focus on legal work.
 
Following her graduation, Nicole began her career in a law firm practicing insurance defense. She soon discovered her passion for plaintiff work and joined Joseph A. Nagy Injury Law in 2011. Since then, she has become an integral member of the team, recognized for her experience, leadership, and dedication to supporting both clients and staff.
 
Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Kaitlyn is the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through the door, creating a warm and welcoming experience for every client. Prior to becoming a mother, she built her career in animal healthcare, working primarily with non-profit organizations and shelters. During that time, she developed specialized knowledge in nutrition, insurance coordination, and grief counseling, bringing both compassion and expertise to her work.
 
At Joseph A. Nagy Injury Law, Kaitlyn plays a key role as the front-line representative, ensuring clients feel supported and cared for from the very first interaction. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her son, exploring activities and new adventures together.
