Section B benefits are the medical and disability benefits provided to you (the injured party) according to Section B of your auto policy. These benefits are provided to you regardless of who is at fault for the motor vehicle accident. Other less common section B benefits are death benefits, funeral expenses, and housekeeping expenses.
