A flat contingency fee means that the injury lawyer’s fee does not increase with the steps taken in the lawsuit. The fee is a percentage of the payment you receive when your Claim is settled or awarded by the court.

In contrast, a graduated contingency fee increases based on the time and/or steps needed to resolve your case.

Joseph A. Nagy Injury Law charges a flat contingency fee of 33% for all injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents. Remember, a flat contingency fee means that the percentage does not increase if we have to do more work to resolve your Claim, even if it goes to litigation.
