A Retainer Agreement is a fee agreement between a lawyer and a client regarding the payment by the client of Lawyer’s Charges. Usually, the lawyer requires money paid up front (the retainer) to be held in trust. As the lawyer works on your case, he/she withdraws money from the trust account for his fees.
Joseph A. Nagy Injury Law does not require clients of motor vehicle accidents to pay a retainer fee.
