Rules of Court

Rules of Court are the rules that are applied to Civil Litigation that must be followed in an injury case by both parties (the plaintiff, or injured party, and the defendant, or person who caused the accident). The Rules of Court outline how a Plaintiff’s Claim is made against a Defendant and all the procedural steps of Civil Litigation toward Trial if required.
